About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Services Manager to oversee operations across our Eaton site. This is a key Senior Leadership Team position, offering an exciting opportunity to drive performance, lead passionate teams, and contribute to the strategic delivery of radiology services in WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations & Service Delivery
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across Eaton site, ensuring excellence in clinical delivery and patient care
  • Monitor workflows and turnaround times for timely reporting
  • Maintain compliance with imaging protocols, safety, and accreditation standards
  • Ensure optimal functionality and servicing of imaging equipment
  • Coordinate rosters, leave management, and after-hours support
  • Support capital planning and monthly operational reporting
  • People Leadership
  • Lead, mentor and support high-performing multidisciplinary teams
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development
  • Drive compliance with HR policies and foster a positive workplace culture
  •  Collaboration & Communication
  • Act as a key liaison between radiologists, referrers, clerical teams, and clinical staff
  • Represent Eaton operations in leadership forums and company-wide initiatives
  • Training & Development
  • Promote ongoing education, CPD, and structured in-house training
  • Ensure staff are proficient with RIS/PACS systems and clinical protocols
  • Communicate regular operational updates and promote continuous improvement

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Medical Imaging (Radiography or Sonography)
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in radiology or healthcare operations
  • Strong RIS/PACS knowledge and understanding of radiology workflows
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic mindset with a collaborative and results-driven approach
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and exceptional patient outcomes
