Jasmine joined Capitol June 2023, and oversees Radiologist recruitment and manages the Talent Acquisition function. Jasmine is originally from Melbourne and has lived in Sunshine Coast, Rome, Brisbane, Sydney, and London.
Jasmine joined Capitol Health in June, bringing with her over 20 years’ experience in talent acquisition. She commenced her career in recruitment agencies before progressing into in-house roles across various industries. Jasmine is a generalist recruiter with specialist expertise in ‘hard to fill’ areas. She’s motivated by adding value and positively impacting the lives of candidates and stakeholders. Jasmine loves leading teams, building strong relationships, sharing knowledge, and coaching others. After two decades in the industry, she still gets a thrill out of finding the right person for the right role!

The Greek Islands.

The Conservatory at the casino.
Favourite TV show?
An oldie but a goodie....my favourite show is still Home & Away.
Favourite thing to do in Melbourne?
I live bayside so definitely going to the beach.
Patrick joined Capitol May 2023, and oversees recruitment for WA, SA and Tasmania. Patrick is originally from Manchester UK and came to Australia in May 2022.
After obtaining his business degree in Leeds, UK, Patrick started his career as a recruiter 3 weeks after submitting his dissertation (which scored 85% he will add!). After 2 years of cutting his teeth in the UK – and becoming the youngest manager in his company at 23 – he decided he was going to take a job in Melbourne despite not knowing a single person in Australia. Fast forward 18 months in the country and now 5 months at Capital, Patrick now oversees all hiring activities across TAS, SA & WA (excluding Radiologists).
Favourite holiday destination?
Lake Como in Italy. Beautiful scenery, nice food and nicer wine.
Favourite restaurant in Melbourne?
If you ask me on a Sunday, I would say Macca's otherwise, Little Ramen Bar in the CBD is a brilliant lunch spot.
Favourite TV show?
The new series of Big Brother (UK). I'm paying $17 p/mth for the privilege of it aswell. I enjoy bad TV.
Favourite thing to do in Melbourne?
Long romantic walks down Chapel Street in South Yarra, soaking in the culture, reminds me of La Rambla in Barcelona.
Anastasia joined Capitol in October 2023 and oversees the recruitment for Central and Southeast VIC and has lived in Melbourne her whole life.
Anastasia has been working in agency recruitment for the past 2 years. Anastasia started her career in a boutique agency doing generalist IT recruitment for a variety of different organisations from Government to healthcare providers. She then moved into a global agency, Robert Walters where predominantly recruited in the software development space where she had the opportunity to recruit for junior to executive level positions.

Favourite thing to do in Melbourne?
Trying new bars and restaurants.
Georgia joined Capitol in September 2023 and oversees recruitment for FMIG sites and Northwest VIC. Georgia has lived in Melbourne her whole life.
At 21, Georgia joined the family business and took on the management of a store selling wholefoods in bulk, with a focus on zero plastic waste and sustainability. This was part of a larger Franchise.
The number of Franchises for our family quickly grew, eventually managing multiple stores, with the key store achieving the number 1 sales in the country for many consecutive months. However, after 6 and a half years, she decided she wanted to learn some new skills. Georgia landed in recruitment for an agency which was a good start, and learned a lot, but her goal was to recruit internally.

Thailand or Argentina.

San Telmo.

Afterlife.
Favourite thing to do in Melbourne?
Dinner at a new restaurant before an AFL game.
In February 2024, Lilli became a part of Capitol, where she manages compliance and reference checks for new hires alongside handling specialised projects. Originally from Adelaide, South Australia, she relocated to Melbourne in January 2024.
With experience in HR administration from her previous role at a tech company for about a year and a half, Lilli currently juggles full-time work with her studies in Human Resource Management at university. Despite her busy schedule, she remains enthusiastic about expanding her role at Capitol and has a keen interest in recruitment.
Favourite holiday destination?
Anywhere in Europe, or somewhere hot, tropical and by the beach.
Favourite restaurant in Melbourne?
It changes all the time. However my favourite at the moment is France- Soir. Great for a lowkey Friday night dinner after work.
Favourite TV show?
I have a lot, but I can never go wrong with watching any of The Real Housewives franchises.
Favourite thing to do in Melbourne?
I love to try new restaurants, cafes & bars. Anywhere with good food!
