About the role

We are seeking two Medical Liaison Officers (MLO) to join our growing Referral Engagement Team. One MLO will be responsible for our North and West Melbourne area and the other MLO will be responsible for our CBD Melbourne area. These exciting roles will be focusing on developing and strengthening relationships with referrers across our clinics representing our Capital Radiology, and Imaging @ Olympic Park brand.

Working closely with our operations and clinical teams, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increased market share by managing existing relationships, creating new relationships, and increasing referrals in your area. 

Reporting to the Referrer Relationship Manager (VIC)  

You will

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and stakeholders
• Use Dynamics 365 to track, analyse and grow referrer engagement
• Drive growth in revenue and procedural volume within your assigned territory
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to enhance service delivery
• Gather and share insights and feedback from the market to inform strategy

About you

We’re looking for a confident and driven professional who thrives in relationship-building roles. Ideally, you have:

• Medical sales and territory management experience
• Strong work ethic and a team player
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and analyse data
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent presentation skills coupled with strong verbal and written skills
• A current Australian Driver’s License is required
