Capital Radiology Berwick is looking for a customer service superstar to join our supportive team as a Receptionist in a Casual capacity.

• Opportunity to gain experience in the Healthcare industry
• Working across Berwick + nearby sites
• Ideally available 3-5 days per week

This is an outstanding opportunity for those who are eager to learn, driven, resilient and empathetic, whilst also possessing a strong customer service background. Capital provides ample development opportunities for those who are interested in progressing their administrative experience in the healthcare industry. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phone enquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner
• Front of house reception / Greeting patients upon arrival
• Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
• Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required.
• Enter and update patient registration details
• Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

You Will Have

• Strong customer service and patient focus skills
• Eagerness to learn
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
• Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services is highly desirable
