Direct Radiology provides high-quality medical imaging to patients and referring health practitioners, with a focus on interventional procedures. A comprehensive range of medical imaging services is provided at our practices located in Fairfield, South Melbourne and Monbulk. Services include low-dose digital x-ray, ultrasound, low-dose CT, echocardiography, 3T MRI, mammography, bone densitometry (DEXA), dental x-ray (OPG) and interventional radiology services.
Direct Radiology is looking for an experienced Sonographer, to join our team in South Melbourne on a Full-time basis! This role is perfect for those looking to work in a dynamic environment to perform a broad range of scans everyday.

Located in the bustling precinct of South Melbourne, close proximity to the South Melbourne market. You will be working alongside a supportive and experienced team that uplift and encourage.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, and teammates
Responsive, accurate and timely diagnosis for optimal delivery of results with excellent customer service provisions
Ability to prioritize a busy workload and work effectively both independently and within a team
Work with clinic teams to identify and proactively deliver on the Health & Safety framework
Provide feedback to other members of the clinic and operational teams to help identify training and development needs
Collaborate with National Ultrasound Leader, Site Chief and /or Regional Manager on growth initiatives for the clinic
Selection Criteria
Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Medical Imaging
Able to work independently to perform a broad range of scans
Hold and maintain current registration with ASAR as well as a completion of an ASAR accredited course
Hold and maintain annual liability insurance through the ASA, or equivalent provider
