About the Role

An exciting opportunity is currently available for an Office Supervisor based at our clinic in Forrestfield. The full-time role, will have responsibility for the management, training and development of the clinical admin team as well as ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site.

You Will Have

• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• A background in medical imaging would be preferred but is not essential 
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, and teammates
• High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
• Solid organisational and time management skills is essential
• High level of computer literacy
• Knowledge of Medicare rules and legislation will be highly regarded
