Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinic's. You will be based out of our clinic in Glenorchy, with the expectation to cover sick/annual leave at other locations such as: Hobart, Rosny and Kingston in a Part Time (4 days a week) capacity.

As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for:

• Manage all phone enquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner both on the reception desk and in our contact center
• Front of house reception / Greeting patients upon arrival
• Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
• Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
• Enter and update patient registration details
• Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

You Will Have

• Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
