About the role

We are seeking a Medical Liaison Officer and Medical Specialist Liaison to join our Business Development Team. Working within central CBD and the North/West Melbourne region, these exciting roles will focus on fostering and developing new relationships with referrers, across our extensive clinic network. Representing our brand portfolio of Capital Radiology, FMIG, Direct Radiology, Lake Imaging and Imaging @ Olympic Park, as part of Integral Diagnostics (IDX).

Working closely with our operations and clinical teams, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increased market share by managing existing relationships, creating new relationships, and increasing referrals in your area. 

Flexible working days/hours or part-time working arrangement will be considered.

Reporting to the Marketing & Business Development Manager

You will

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and stakeholders
• Support referrer needs to help drive referral growth within your region
• Organise and host medical education and events with members of your team
• Collaborate with clinical and operational team leaders to enhance service delivery
• Gather and share insights and feedback from the market to inform strategy

About you

We’re looking for a confident and driven professional who thrives in relationship-building roles. Ideally, you have:

• Medical sales and territory management experience
• Strong work ethic and a team player
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and analyse data
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent presentation skills coupled with strong verbal and written skills
• A current Australian Driver’s License is required
