Mammographer / Radiographer
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Radiographer/Mammographer, who is enthusiastic, values driven, and loves working collaboratively, as well as independently on a full-time basis. Part-time applicants will also be considered.
The role will be based at our specialist Women's Imaging clinic in Hobart. Women's Imaging & Radiology Tasmania are a part of the Integral Diagnostics (IDX) community, which is a network of community-based medical imaging clinics across Australia and New Zealand including the brands: Capital Radiology, Future Medical Imaging Group, Lake Imaging, Fowler Simmons Radiology, Imaging Olympic Park, Radiology Tasmania, Direct Radiology, APEX Radiology and more. We're a team of over 3000 employees across 150 clinics, filled with experienced staff who put people first.
Relocation support is available to interested candidates based out of state.
You Will Have
- The ability to maintain a high standard of customer service, compassion, and empathy to increase compliance rates for patients returning for mammography, as well as for those experiencing the test for the first time
- The aptitude to participate in the identification, development, and quality improvement programs to enhance the service delivery of the mammography service
- The ability to work in partnership with the Breastscreen service in the region to maintain the standard of care and performance targets
- An accredited Certificate in Mammographic Practice or equivalent
