Known for specialised medical imaging services including X-Ray, CT, US, MRI, OPG and Cephalograms, FocusNeuro Tremor Treatment, MRgFUS or HIFU, CT Coronary Angiography, CT Colonography, Mammography, Contrast Enhanced Mammography, DEXA or Bone Densitometry, Fluoroscopy, Autologous Blood Injection, Nuclear Medicine and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Injection.
Medical Receptionist (12month parental leave cover)
Excellent opportunity for a customer service superstar to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinic located at Hawthorn in a part-time capacity. Please note, this position is 4 days per week at our Hawthorn clinic, for a 12-month contract.
As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for:
Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
Enter and update patient registration details
Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

You Will Have
Strong customer service and patient focus skills

Excellent time management and organisational skills
High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
