Relocation Incentive and Support for Sonographers and Radiographers
Incentives:
- Up to $10,000 initial payment paid in the first full pay period. To be repaid if you leave in the first 12 months.
- Additional payments totaling $40,000 over milestones at 3, 12, 24, and 36 months of service.
Conditions:
- Must be a qualified Sonographer with Australian work rights.
- Payments prorated based on hours worked.
- Relocation from outside Tasmania required.
- Available to IDX employees and external candidates.
- Initial payment repayable if milestone (1 year) isn't met.
- Performance-based payments subject to annual review.
- Visa/sponsorship costs handled separately.
