Relocation Incentive and Support for Sonographers
Incentives:
Up to $15,000 initial payment upon contract signing, based on family size and origin.
Additional payments totaling $40,000 over milestones at 3, 12, 24, and 36 months of service.
Conditions:
Must be a qualified Sonographer with Australian work rights.
Payments prorated based on hours worked.
Relocation from outside Western Australia required.
Available to Capitol Health employees and external candidates.
Initial payment repayable if milestone (1 year) isn't met.
Performance-based payments subject to annual review.
Visa/sponsorship costs handled separately.
Relocation Services:
Up to $3,500 in relocation services: moving, temporary housing, real estate assistance, and education support.
