About The Role

Excellent opportunity for a an experienced Medical Receptionist to take the next step in their career and move into at 'Second in Charge" (2IC) Receptionist based across our Capital Radiology Vermont & Vermont Private Hospital sites. This full-time role will support our Office Supervisor and Asst. Regional Manager in the day-to-day running of the admin cohorts across the cluster.

As a 2IC medical receptionist you will be responsible for

• Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
• Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
• Support the management teams with day-to-day operations, training & development 
• Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
• Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
• Enter and update patient registration details
• Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

You Will Have

• Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
