About the role

An exciting opportunity is available for an Assistant Regional Manager to lead our administration teams across our Melbourne Metro East clinics (listed below). This full-time role offers flexibility to work across both clinics and our East Melbourne Head Office.

As part of our Victorian operations team, this role is responsible for the day-to-day management of administration services across multiple sites, reporting directly to the Regional Manager.

In this dynamic and hands-on leadership position, you will drive high-quality administration services across our radiology clinics. Working closely with our national admin and operations teams, you’ll implement best-practice processes that ensure exceptional service for patients, referrers, and customers. You will oversee daily operations, foster seamless workflows, and lead your teams to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of administrative staff across multiple clinic locations.
  • Manage the recruitment, coaching and performance of all administration staff
  • Implement a Standard Operating Model for clinic administration processes and services
  • Develop and coordinate delivery of training and development framework for administration staff
  • Management of Medicare compliance and audit processes
  • Oversee the delivery of excellent customer service amongst all reception staff
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Partner with operations and People teams to support the engagement and retention of clinic administration staff
  • Analyse performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Knowledge of RIS software functions highly regarded
  • Ad hoc reception responsibilities as required

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years management experience in a fast-paced operations management role
  • Previous experience in healthcare, preferably Radiology
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambition and passion to transform the business
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Degree in management or similar will be highly regarded
