We’re seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our supportive team at our Booragoon clinic. This is an outstanding opportunity for a customer service superstar to bring their skills to a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

🔎About The Role:
As a Medical Receptionist at Capital Radiology, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in ensuring their experience is seamless and positive. You’ll manage a variety of tasks, from handling phone inquiries to greeting patients, and helping to maintain the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner. 
• Greet patients with a warm, welcoming approach, creating a positive first impression.
• Schedule appointments for patients and referrers.
• Process patient invoices/receipts and facilitate Medicare rebates as required.
• Enter and update patient registration details accurately.
• Maintain a clean, presentable reception and waiting area at all times, contributing to a professional environment.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and can thrive in a fast-paced medical setting. You’ll bring:

• A strong focus on customer service and a genuine care for patients.
• Eagerness to learn, with the ability to adapt quickly in a busy environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A keen attention to detail, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Experience in Radiology or exposure to Medicare services (preferred but not required).
