About the Role
An exciting period of transformation and growth for Capitol Health. We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to build and lead a new operational team dedicated to supporting several clinics in Southeast VIC with Medical Bookings.
The Team Leader – Booking Centre will be responsible for developing and leading a team of Customer Service Officers focused on making patient appointments via phone or electronic methods based in our Berwick clinic.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that appointments are made in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, to alleviate multi-tasking workload at the clinic level, allowing patient facing staff in the Capital Radiology clinics the ability to provide their focus to patients and referrers in front of them, improving customer service levels throughout service delivery.
You will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service as well as an appetite for continuous improvement. Utilising your leadership experience, you will train and develop your team to build internal capability to deliver on the success of this new service.
