About the Role

An exciting opportunity is currently available for a Roster Coordinator to support our Operations Management team in Victoria. The successful applicant will work with the Victorian Operations team and administer all staff rosters to optimise staffing efficiency and ensure each clinic has the staffing resources to service delivery demands. The ideal candidate is someone who reflects our values of One Team, Integrity, Excellence, Community Focused, and Patient Centred. This position is for a maximum term of 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Administer all staff rosters that optimise staffing efficiency and according to budgets.
• Work collaboratively with Clinics to ensure rosters reflect resource needs to meet service delivery demands.
• Ensure the roster is completed and available to staff in a timely manner.
• Manage and effectively coordinate both planned and unplanned leave of staffing resources.
• Undertake administrative activities related to managing the roster, including but not limited to inputting and updating staff details and attendance preferences.
• Liaise with staff regarding changes and updates to the roster.

You Will Have

• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High level communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills relevant to dealing with roster allocation scenarios
• Numerical and planning skills relevant to roster coordination and management
• Sound negotiation and influencing skills
• Radiology experience will be highly regarded
