About the Role
An exciting opportunity is currently available for a recruitment professional to join our organisation for 6 months to drive best practice recruitment solutions to our business and be largely focused on supporting our Victorian portfolio.
In this role you will deliver recruitment support in line with our talent acquisition strategy and workforce plan. You will coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring attraction of the right talent to meet the needs of the organisation. Day-to-day activities will include managing advertising, screening of candidates and coordination of interviews and assessment centres. Following the interviews or assessment centres, you will manage all compliance requirements.
You enjoy the challenge of a competitive market and coming up with new and innovative ways to find and attract talent and have a proven ability of building ‘talent communities’ and maintaining ‘talent pipelines’ to meet the future workforce needs as the organisation continues to grow.
