About the Role

We currently have exciting opportunities for Medical Receptionists to join our fast-paced, clinics in the following locations

• Altona
• Footscray
• Niddrie
• Sunshine
• Sydenham
• Williamstown

As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for managing all phone inquiries in a timely manner as well as providing excellent customer service, as a first point of contact for all patient inquiries.             

Utilising your exceptional attention to detail, you will be responsible for processing billing, and Medicare rebates on behalf of our patients.

You Will Have

• Strong customer service and patient focus skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop
• Willing to be team player
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to build relationships with Internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
