About the role

This is an integral role to the day-to-day operation of the executive function, providing high level administrative, secretarial and executive assistance to our Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Leadership Team.


  • Manage matters that come to the CEO and Executive team with appropriate levels of confidentiality and discretion
  • Management of diary, meetings, and travel for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
  • Coordination of AGM’s, events and investor roadshows with Executives and external investors
  • Preparation of correspondence, letters, reports, minutes and agendas
  • Preparation and distribution of communications (newsletters, announcements, reports) for the Executive Leadership team and Head Office
  • Attend meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared, pre-reading material is developed and distributed, and follow-up actions taken
  • Manage the maintenance requests, stationery, catering and supplies for Head Office
  • Other administrative duties as required including expenses management and maintaining the legal register.


As a proven EA you will have demonstrated experience working with senior executives, thriving in a complex environment supporting multiple stakeholders.  You can anticipate, prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines.  You’ll work with professionalism, discretion and have great problem-solving skills.

You will also possess:

  • Very strong MS Office skills and proficiency with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision and direction, and manage up
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A passion for supporting executive leaders
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is desirable
