We work with referring practitioners to provide a personalised patient orientated service to achieve better patient outcomes.

About the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a day procedure hospital administrator to join our fast-paced, close-knit clinic in Melbourne in a full-time capacity. This is an outstanding opportunity for those who are eager to learn, driven, empathetic, whilst also possessing a strong customer service background.

Tasks include;

• Patient bookings and organisation
• Admissions
• Liaising with private health insurers/Health fund eligibility checks
• Billing - Medicare/TAC/DVA/WorkCover and private health

You Will Have

• Strong customer service and patient focus skills
• Eagerness to learn
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
• Experience in a hospital background, as well as exposure to Medicare services and radiology will be highly regarded
